Poetry: Day 19

Robot doctor, fix my heart
It’s sparking and it’s on fire
Use your magic oil and bolts
Use your soothing wire

Robot doctor, tune my mind
It’s picking up too much static
And it needs winding the whole day long
It once was automatic

Robot doctor hold my hand
Promise me salvation
And leave me one last patch of human skin
Leave me one last small temptation
